• If Seller – update MLS to “P”
   
• Draft and facilitate any amendments (agent will negotiate)
   
• Add important contract dates to calendar
   
• Send introductory email to agents and title company
   
• Transfer completed and signed documents to Command and send to MCA 

**A $100 early termination fee may be charged to the agent if the property contract is terminated after the Option Period.
 

• Update listing in MLS: $50 each
   
• Compliance (submit for DA only): $75
   
• Offer prep: $100 for first; $50 for following offers
